Council Begins Budget Discussions
Interim City Manager Laurie Moyer has presented a proposed budget totaling $145.3 million for Fiscal Year 2011, or $829,000 less than the FY 2010 annual budget. The 2011 budget maintains service and staffing levels. A public hearing on the budget will be held Sept. 7 with final adoption slated Sept. 21.
