[ARCHIVED] City Offices Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday

City Hall Closure MLK Jan 18

City of San Marcos Offices, including City Hall, Public Library, Activity Center, Municipal Court, Animal Shelter, Discovery Center, and Utility Offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 18, for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. Since City facilities are already closed to the public due to COVID-19 precautions, this means that all phone, email, curbside, drive-thru, and fax services will be unavailable and these services will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 19. 

Additional Details:

  • San Marcos THE BUS and CARTS routes will not operate on MLK Jr. day. Operations will resume per schedule on Tuesday, Jan. 19. 
  • Public Library curbside services will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 19.  
  • Trash and recycling services through TDS will run on schedule for the week..
  • Emergency animal services may be contacted by calling San Marcos Police Department non-emergency line at 512.753.2108.
