About This Site

This site was developed in-house utilizing graphic layouts designed by GoGo Creative of Austin, Texas, and was launched on September 1st, 2004. We hope you like the new look! GoGo Creative's graphic design was selected for use via majority vote of a committee of city departmental directors and administration staff.

It is a hybrid HTML-based site with both static and dynamic content. Elements of a content management system (CMS) customized in house, based on a CMS developed by an IT staff member have been utilized for dynamic data and content.

This site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 Pixels or greater. Using a larger screen resolution will allow you to easier see and utilize the red right-side navigation links pertinent to each section or department, but they are still visible at 800x600 resolution.
