The City of San Marcos requests Responses from interested qualified Firms for the preparation of National Register ("NR") nomination(s) for the Calaboose African American History Museum, the Ulysses Cephas House, and the Dunbar School Home Economics Building, in accordance with the terms and Scope of Work specified in the RFQ.  All three buildings are owned by the City of San Marcos.  The City intends to award one or more contracts for completion of services.  

Responses must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on May 19, 2022.  Physical submissions are required as electronic responses cannot and will not be accepted.
