    Back by popular demand, free spay/neuter vouchers for cats!!! If you live in Hays County you are eligible for this free voucher. Check out the terms below, then visit the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter to get one yourself!

    Big thank you to Pet Prevent a Litter - PALS for teaming up with the City of San Marcos TX - City Hall to make this happen!

    FINE PRINT:

    -Only owned/non-feral cats are eligible. No dogs at this time.

    -Every cat must receive its own dedicated voucher.

    -The owner must show proof of a rabies vaccination. If you do not have proof, you will have to pay $15 per cat for a booster shot.

    -Surgery days are capped at 32 animals: 15 female cats and 17 male cats.

    -These vouchers are only for Hays County citizens. You must show proof of current residency within the county.
