ON-LINE AUCTIONS 

The City of San Marcos offers the general public the opportunity to bid on vehicles and equipment via the Internet at the following web-based auction site:  www.renebates.com. Use this link to participate in the bidding process and to view the On-line Auction Terms and Conditions.  Click on Online Auctions and register to bid.  The Online Auction section will give you the information for the viewing date, the closing date. There is a deposit you must remit before bidding on any item.  Rene Bates Auctioneers maintains an extensive mailing list.  If you sign up for their General Mailing list you will receive emails relating to new auctions.  The Auction Calendar shows you their complete LIVE and ONLINE auction schedule.
